Staff Nurse

We are seeking a Staff Nurse to provide nursing-related training, practical guidance, and academic support to students preparing for employment and career opportunities in Japan, including SSW, trainee workers, dependents, and other international career pathways.The ideal candidate should have a recognized nursing qualification and relevant practical nursing experience, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct nursing classes and training sessions for students.Teach basic and practical nursing concepts, procedures, and patient-care skills.Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on guidance where applicable.Prepare lesson plans, presentations, training materials, and study resources.Assess students through tests, assignments, practical sessions, and regular evaluations.Monitor students' learning progress and provide constructive feedback.Explain nursing concepts clearly and effectively to students with different levels of understanding.Maintain a positive, professional, and disciplined classroom environment.Support students in developing the skills and knowledge required for their future careers.Coordinate with the academic and management team regarding student progress and training requirements.Stay updated with relevant nursing practices and training requirements.Perform other duties related to student training as assigned by management.
