Graphic & Motion Designer

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design ● Create engaging social media graphics, carousels, campaign creatives, advertisements, and other digital assets. ● Develop creative visual concepts based on the content, campaign objective, and brand direction. ● Design brochures, flex, posters, and other print or offline communication materials when required. ● Adapt approved designs into different platform sizes and formats. ● Maintain visual consistency with each client's brand guidelines, colours, typography, and overall creative direction. ● Work across multiple client brands while ensuring each brand maintains its own distinct visual identity. Motion Design & Video ● Create short-form motion graphics and animated content for social media. ● Design and edit reels using existing footage, images, graphics, typography, and other brand assets. ● Create animated typography, transitions, product animations, visual explainers, and other motion-led creatives. ● Convert static campaign concepts into engaging motion versions where relevant. ● Edit videos according to platform requirements while maintaining pacing, readability, and brand consistency. ● Prepare reel support assets, graphics, overlays, and other visual elements required for video content. Creative Research & Concept Development ● Research visual references before beginning major designs or campaigns. ● Explore layouts, typography, composition, visual storytelling, colour combinations, and creative presentation styles. ● Use references as inspiration while developing original designs appropriate for the brand and communication objective. ● Contribute ideas during campaign and festival creative planning.
