QA / QC / Testing Engineer

Execute manual, functional, regression, and integration testing of software applications. Prepare, maintain, and execute detailed test cases and testing documentation. Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA, ClickUp, or similar platforms. Retest resolved issues and verify that fixes meet the required quality standards. Assist in testing web and mobile applications across different environments and devices. Support basic API testing using Postman. Assist with automated testing and maintain basic test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers and senior QA/QC team members to investigate and resolve software issues. Follow established QA processes, SDLC/STLC practices, and quality standards. Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, product quality, and overall user experience.
