AI Agent & Full-Stack Engineers

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Agent & Full-Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agent systems and scalable web applications for our multimodal platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI agent frameworks, Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent workflow orchestration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), backend API development, database optimization, and modern frontend technologies.The candidate will be responsible for integrating AI capabilities with robust backend services and responsive user interfaces to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions.Design, develop, and implement AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom Python-based architectures.Integrate LLM APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and DeepSeek.Implement tool calling, task automation, agent handoffs, state persistence, and inter-agent communication.Develop workflow orchestration systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and event-driven architectures where appropriate.Monitor, test, debug, and optimize agent performance, accuracy, reliability, and cost efficiency.Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.Develop embedding-based retrieval, semantic search, and document-processing systems.Integrate vector databases such as pgvector, Chroma, and FAISS.Work with PostgreSQL and Redis for data storage, retrieval, and caching.Optimize data pipelines and database queries for performance and scalability.Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or Django REST Framework) or Node.js (NestJS or Express).Implement authentication, authorization, data validation, and secure API integrations.Develop asynchronous task-processing systems using Celery, BullMQ, WebSockets, or similar technologies.Ensure backend services can support AI workloads and real-time application requirements.Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Build interactive dashboards to visualize AI agent workflows, execution status, live data streams, and system logs.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI-powered services.Manage application state and improve frontend performance, usability, and accessibility.Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipeline implementation.Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, Render, Vercel, Linux VPS, or similar platforms.Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering team members to deliver platform features.Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, agentic frameworks, and full-stack development practices.Other SpecificationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.Practical experience integrating LLM APIs and implementing tool-calling capabilities.Knowledge of multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, and state management.Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search, and semantic retrieval systems.Proficiency in backend API development using FastAPI, Django REST Framework, NestJS, or Express.Experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.Knowledge of PostgreSQL, pgvector, Redis, and database optimization.Understanding of asynchronous processing, REST APIs, and real-time communication.Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, and teamwork skills.Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI agent systems.Experience with multimodal AI applications involving text, images, audio, or video.Familiarity with MCP, event-driven systems, and distributed architectures.Experience with automated testing, monitoring, application security, and performance optimization.A portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating AI agent and full-stack projects.Experience integrating AI-powered features into existing web applications.
