The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, proposal preparation, RFP responses, and business documentation, along with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Prepare client proposals, technical proposals, RFP responses, and other business and technical documentation. Collaborate with technical teams to translate technical concepts into clear, client-focused business content. Support business development activities, client communication, and relationship management. Assist in lead generation, prospect outreach, and business development initiatives. Develop professional presentations, marketing materials, and business documents. Leverage AI-powered productivity tools to enhance research, content development, and workflow efficiency. Participate in client meetings, requirement gathering sessions, and solution presentations. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure the timely submission of proposals and business documents. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and enterprise technology solutions. Who We Are Looking For 2–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, Sales, or a Techno-Functional role. Proven experience in preparing client proposals, technical proposals, RFP submissions, and business/technical documentation. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of enterprise technologies, Big Data, digital solutions, or IT services is an advantage. Strong business writing, analytical, and documentation skills. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business environments. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams. Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Why Join Us?
