We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Junior Sales Officers to support lead generation, client acquisition, field sales, and business development activities.Location: Lazimpat, KathmanduWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Responsibilities: Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, online channels, and field visits.Contact potential customers and introduce relevant products/services.Conduct client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and follow-ups.Perform regular field visits for lead generation and relationship building.Maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.Follow up with leads and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales documents.Maintain accurate lead and customer records in CRM/Excel.Work toward assigned sales targets and KPIs.Identify upselling, cross-selling, and repeat-business opportunities.Conduct basic market and competitor research.Coordinate with internal teams regarding customer requirements and deliveries.Prepare regular sales, lead, and client-visit reports.
