HR.Trainee

As an HR Trainee at Daraz, you will gain hands-on experience in various human resource functions while supporting the HR team in enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. We are looking for a proactive individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to our dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Workforce Management ● Create and update daily workforce management (WFM) for all facilities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. ● Maintain and update WFM data for Last Mile, First Mile, Warehouse, and Sort departments. ● Address WFM and Bio time issues as they arise. Recruitment ● Update hiring trackers daily for all facilities. ● Conduct interviews for Sort, Warehouse, Tier I, Tier II hubs, and Stations. ● Coordinate with Tier I, Tier II hubs, and Stations for hiring requirements. ● Source and screen candidates through various channels, including referrals. ● Follow up with referral candidates and schedule interviews. Employee Data Management ● Verify and update employee attendance records daily. ● Collect and update employee documents from agencies. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
