Responsibilities • AI/ML Solution Development (50%) • Design, implement, and deploy AI/ML models, focusing on GenAI, RAG, and multi-agent systems. • Build end-to-end ML pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.). • Stay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate them into solutions. • Teaching & Mentoring (50%) .• Conduct training sessions for professionals preparing for the AWS ML Engineer certification. • Develop hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world projects for learners. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to individuals and teams. Skills 1. AI/ML Development: • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems). • Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face). • Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.). 2. Teaching/Mentoring: • Ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts clearly to students and professionals. • Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or technical mentoring. • Knowledge of the AWS Certified ML Engineer – Associate exam syllabus. 3. Technical & Soft Skills: • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Other Requirements (If Any):• AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer – Associate certification (or willingness to obtain it). • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and MLOps. • Prior experience in technical instruction or content creation (blogs, tutorials). Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
