Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and hardworking Momo Maker to prepare high-quality momos efficiently while maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare momo dough, fillings, and ingredients according to recipes.Shape and fold momos neatly and consistently.Steam, fry, or cook momos according to required standards.Prepare chutneys, sauces, and other accompaniments.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes.Follow food safety and kitchen procedures.Support other kitchen duties when required.Required QualificationsPrevious experience making momos or similar food is preferred.Good knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
