Business Analyst

A dedicated Business Analyst will institutionalize research and documentation practices, improve the quality and speed of deliverables, and provide structured analytical support across both project and product initiatives. Qualification and Experience Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and related technical discipline 2-3 years of prior work experience in BA roles. Job Description Conduct research and feasibility studies - market analysis, vendor evaluation, regulatory review, and benchmarking. Conduct structured requirement workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs with stakeholders to capture, refine, and sign off on business and functional requirements. Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis reports. Write user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with the Product and Engineering teams for sprint-ready backlog items. Support feature and audit gap analysis by mapping capabilities against target requirements. Define in-scope/out-of-scope boundaries for new initiatives and vendor engagements. Translate business requirements into structured specifications for product and engineering teams. Support pre-sales activities with value proposition documents, capability matrices, and solution summaries. Create dashboards and reporting templates using BI tools to validate requirements and track initiative outcomes. Required Skills Proficiency in documentation and diagramming tools Confluence, MS Word, draw.io, Lucidchart, or equivalent Ability to create process flow, data flow, and system context diagrams Understanding of Agile/Scrum SDLC and how BA activities integrate within sprint cycles Familiarity with fintech/banking domain concepts -core banking, digital payments, or lending. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for backlog management and requirements documentation. Excellent written communication; produces professional, audience-appropriate documentation Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards in documentation and analysis Strong analytical thinking - synthesizes complex information into clear, structured outputs Curious and adaptable - quickly builds domain knowledge in new areas Comfortable engaging across diverse stakeholders - engineers, business leads, and external vendors Familiarity with wireframing tools (Figma, or equivalent) - preferred Proactive in flagging ambiguities and gaps before they become delivery blockers Benefits of Working at FoneNXT Stellar opportunity to work with the rising company.
