Site Supervisor/Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor/Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with local labor and skilled personnel, manage construction materials, monitor work progress, and ensure that all site work is completed according to approved project plans, drawings, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and company policies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute work planning at the ground level in accordance with approved project plans and schedules.Ensure all work is carried out strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.Manage and supervise local labor and skilled personnel to ensure timely and quality completion of assigned work.Arrange and manage construction materials locally as per the company-approved budget and project requirements.Submit daily progress reports to the reporting manager and keep higher management informed of project status.Ensure completion of work within the specified timeline while maintaining productivity and efficiency.Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, work progress, material usage, and related records.Ensure work meets the required quality and quantity standards as per project specifications.Maintain professional behavior, discipline, and a positive attitude while working with clients, contractors, and team members.Strictly follow all company rules, regulations, safety policies, and standard operating procedures at all times.
