Python Development Intern

We are looking for a motivated Python Development Intern to join our development team. The ideal candidate will assist with backend development using Python and FastAPI while gaining hands-on experience in web application development. This role is ideal for a fresher who is eager to learn, has strong problem-solving skills, and is interested in building practical experience in Python development. Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services using Python and FastAPI. Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, and CSS. Integrate frontend applications seamlessly with FastAPI backend services and REST APIs. Work with PostgreSQL and PostGIS databases. Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and reusable code. Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. Learn new technologies and development practices quickly. Provide training, technical guidance, and support to internal teams when required. Assist in identifying and resolving application issues across development, testing, and production environments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic to strong proficiency in Python. Familiarity with FastAPI or other Python web frameworks. Basic understanding of frontend development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of Angular is an advantage. Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend-backend integration. Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL databases. Awareness of PostGIS or geospatial databases is an advantage. Understanding of debugging, testing, and application optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
