We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager to manage recruitment, team performance, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee engagement for a growing video marketing agency.Location: RemoteWorking Hours: 8 Hours per Day (typically 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)Working Days: 6 Days a Week Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard Project Managers, Video Editors, Interns, and other team members.Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.Track employee performance and support performance improvement.Maintain HR records and coordinate payroll-related activities.Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.Plan and coordinate virtual team engagement activities.Support onboarding, employee communication, and team coordination.Maintain an organized and positive remote work environment.
