Financial Analyst

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organised Financial Analysts to support our Financial Advisers and broader operations team in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions and exceptional client service.This role is specifically designed for individuals who can effectively manage client data, administrative processes, quality assurance, compliance support, and operational workflows to ensure the efficient delivery of financial advice services.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, finance, insurance industries as well as excellent communication skills, and a meticulous approach to their work.Responsibilities:Manage Operations: Coordinate and oversee financial management tasks, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and compliance requirements.Data Management: Oversee the collection, organisation, and maintenance of data. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure work comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Identify and mitigate risks associated with outsourcing activities.Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to monitor the accuracy and completeness of outsourced deliverables. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any deviations and implement corrective actions.Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication channels.Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on outsourced operations, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Training and Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions with outsourcing partners to ensure a clear understanding of processes, procedures, and requirements.
