Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for an adaptable, high-impact Fullstack Engineer with 2+ years of experience in client projects to build end-to-end web applications, dynamic frontend interfaces, robust backend APIs, and modern cloud-native systems using modern dev and AI tools. Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end web applications and services from frontend user interfaces to backend APIs and databases.Build responsive, high-performance UI components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend APIs and database schemas (Node.js / Python, PostgreSQL).Utilize modern development tooling, AI assistants, and automated CI/CD workflows to ship robust client deliverables.Collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate client product requirements into technical solutions.Write clean, testable code and actively participate in architecture reviews and peer code reviews. Requirements & Qualifications 2+ years of verified professional experience in fullstack software engineering across client projects.Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js or Python / Django).Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases (PostgreSQL).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Adept with modern development workflows, Git version control, and AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLM APIs).Strong problem-solving abilities and solid understanding of web security, state management, and performance.Ability to work in a hybrid model with regular collaboration at our Sankhamul, Kathmandu office.
