Food Technician

Develop, test, and improve food and beverage products.Monitor the quality, taste, texture, appearance, and shelf life of products.Ensure production follows food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Conduct raw material and finished-product quality inspections.Maintain proper records of quality tests, production processes, and product specifications.Assist in developing new recipes and improving existing products.Conduct shelf-life and stability testing of food and beverage products.Identify quality issues and coordinate with the production team to resolve them.Ensure compliance with applicable food safety regulations and company standards.Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality.Coordinate with suppliers regarding raw-material quality and specifications.Support laboratory testing and sampling when required.Assist with audits, documentation, and implementation of HACCP/GMP/ISO procedures.Train production staff on food safety, hygiene, and quality-control practices.
