This full‑time, on‑site role offers a competitive salary of NPR 30,000‑40,000 and the opportunity to shape engaging multimedia content that promotes our travel services to a growing audience.Role & ResponsibilitiesConceptualize, develop, and produce high‑quality written, visual, and video content for social media, website, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.Attend live online sessions/meetings as required by the companyCollaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and market trends.Edit and optimize video footage, graphics, and copy to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.Manage content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance metrics to continuously improve reach and effectiveness.Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging platforms, and SEO techniques to keep our storytelling fresh and competitive.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in content creation and digital marketing.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.Demonstrated ability to develop engaging content that drives audience interaction and brand awareness.Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
