Job SummaryThe Housekeeping Instructor/Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive theoretical and practical training in hotel housekeeping operations. The role involves teaching students industry-standard housekeeping procedures, demonstrating practical techniques, assessing student performance, and preparing learners for employment in the hospitality industry.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct theoretical and practical housekeeping training.Teach hotel housekeeping procedures, standards, and operations.Demonstrate room cleaning, bed making, bathroom, and public-area cleaning.Train students on linen, laundry, cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety.Prepare lesson plans, practical demonstrations, and training materials.Monitor and assess students’ practical performance and provide feedback.Maintain a professional and hospitality-focused learning environment.Prepare students with the skills required for employment in the hospitality industryRequired QualificationsExperience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality training.Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.Practical knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations.Good communication and teaching skills.Ability to conduct both theoretical and practical classes.Prior experience as a housekeeping instructor/trainer will be an advantage.
