Social Media Marketing Executive

Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, build and publish monthly content calendars for client brands on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.Write scroll-stopping copy in both Nepali and English, matched to each brand voice.Coordinate with designers and video editors on creative briefs, then review output before it ships.Manage community engagement - comments, DMs, reviews and escalations - within agreed response times.Run and optimise boosted posts and awareness campaigns; work with the performance marketer on conversion campaigns.Track engagement, reach, follower growth and leads; produce a clear monthly report per client.Spot trends, sounds and formats early and adapt them for client brands without embarrassing them.Support influencer and creator collaborations end to end, from shortlist to deliverable sign-off.Educational RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field.A strong personal or client portfolio can substitute for formal qualifications.Experience Requirements1 to 3 years managing business social media accounts - personal accounts alone do not count.Portfolio of pages you have grown, with before-and-after numbers.Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Centre and at least one scheduling tool.Basic design and short-form video editing (Canva, CapCut) so you are not blocked waiting on the studio.Additional RequirementsNative-level Nepali writing and confident English.You understand the difference between a post that gets likes and a post that gets customers.Willing to occasionally cover client events or shoots outside standard hours (compensated).Compensation & Other BenefitsCompetitive salary reviewed annually, plus performance-based incrementsFestival bonus (Dashain/Tihar) and leave encashment as per company policyProvident fund, gratuity and insurance in line with the Nepal Labour ActFive-day working week with flexible start hours; hybrid options for eligible rolesPaid annual leave, sick leave and all gazetted public holidaysCompany-funded certifications, courses and conference passesModern hardware, licensed tools and a quiet, well-equipped office in TokhaA clear career track with six-monthly reviews - we promote from within first
