Automotive Technician

About the Role We are looking for a skilled and smart Automotive Technician with hands-on experience working on both 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, a problem-solving mindset, and be comfortable working with modern automotive tools and technology. Key Responsibilities Perform regular servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repair of 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers. Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues using appropriate tools and equipment. Conduct troubleshooting and identify the root cause of vehicle problems. Perform engine, brake, suspension, transmission, clutch, and other mechanical repairs. Carry out routine preventive maintenance and ensure vehicles are in safe operating condition. Use diagnostic equipment and modern automotive technology where required. Maintain proper records of inspections, repairs, and services performed. Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Communicate technical issues and repair requirements clearly to supervisors and customers. Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools, equipment, and the workshop. Requirements Diploma/Technical certification in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance. Experience working with both 4-wheelers and 2-wheelers is required. Good knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems and basic electrical systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems independently. Comfortable using modern automotive tools and diagnostic equipment. Smart, tech-friendly, and willing to learn new automotive technologies. Good communication and teamwork skills.
