Graphic & Motion Designer

Studio Seventeen is a boutique marketing agency working with multiple brands across digital marketing, content, campaigns, branding, social media, and creative communication. We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who can turn ideas and content into strong visual communication across static design, campaigns, motion graphics, reels, and selected print materials. This role is suited to someone who has a strong design sense, understands how brands should look and communicate differently, and can balance creativity with timelines and execution. Responsibilities Create engaging graphics, social media creatives, advertisements, and digital/print marketing materials. Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives, content requirements, and brand guidelines. Design and edit short-form videos, reels, motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual explainers. Adapt designs and video content into platform-specific formats while maintaining quality and brand consistency. Manage creative requirements across multiple client brands while maintaining their distinct visual identities. Conduct creative research and develop original concepts using relevant visual trends, layouts, typography, and storytelling techniques. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, festival creatives, and other marketing initiatives. Prepare supporting visual assets, overlays, and graphics required for digital and video content. Requirements Key Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, spacing, and visual balance. Strong understanding of design for social media. Ability to translate written content into interesting visual concepts rather than simply placing text into templates. Ability to work with different brand identities and visual styles. Good understanding of motion design and short-form video content. Attention to detail, particularly with copy, dimensions, branding, and final exports. Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to receive feedback professionally and improve designs through revisions. Strong visual research and reference-building skills. Good communication and coordination skills.
