Roles and Responsibilities:Research and experiment with hands-on learning activities.Create and improve activities based on classroom observations and feedback.Observe and interact with students and teachers to understand their classroom experiences.Test lessons and make changes through multiple rounds of improvement.Create fun, meaningful, and age-appropriate learning experiences.Keep records of what worked, what didn't, and the changes made to lessons.If you have completed +2 and are eager to learn, experiment, and create meaningful learning experiences for students, this could be the opportunity for you.
