Marketing and Brand Promotion Officer

Position: Marketing & Brand Promotion Officer No. of Vacancy: 1 Experience: 2–3 years in FMCG / Retail Sector Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing and brand promotion activities. Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, offers and in-store branding. Coordinate with stores to ensure effective implementation of marketing activities. Support brand visibility, customer engagement and promotional initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors, designers and other stakeholders for marketing materials. Assist in social media content, campaigns and promotional communications. Monitor promotional activities and prepare basic reports on campaign performance. Conduct market and competitor observations and provide relevant feedback. Support the development of marketing ideas and initiatives to strengthen brand presence. Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or a related field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG / Retail sector. Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with an understanding of brand promotion and marketing activities. Good knowledge of MS Office and social media platforms. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams. Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler.
