Social Teacher - Lower Secondary

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Social Teacher - Lower Secondary to teach Social Studies at the Lower Secondary level. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons for Lower Secondary students in accordance with the school curriculum.Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and classroom activities.Explain social, historical, geographical, cultural, and civic concepts clearly and effectively.Use interactive and student-centered teaching methods to encourage participation and critical thinking.Assess students’ learning through tests, assignments, classwork, and other assessment methods.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support academic improvement.Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.Maintain accurate records of students’ attendance, performance, and academic progress.Communicate with parents and school administration regarding students’ academic progress and concerns when required.Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.Stay updated with relevant curriculum requirements and effective teaching practices.Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the school administration.
