PRIME CA, a trusted and leading educational institution located in Kathmandu, is seeking a visionary, highly qualified, and dynamic leader for the position of Academic Director.The ideal candidate will drive academic excellence, manage faculty, and mentor students to maintain our high success rates.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and optimize the academic delivery for all Courses offered.Develop and implement comprehensive study plans, revision schedules, and regular mock test series.Review and upgrade study materials, notes, and question banks to align with the latest syllabi and exam patterns.Recruit, retain, and manage high-caliber professional faculty members.Conduct regular classroom observations and collect students’ feedback.Monitor academic progress of students and provide personalized counseling and guidance.Address student and parent queries related to academic operations, results, and career paths.Collaborate with management to introduce innovative learning methods, digital platforms, and hybrid class structures.
