Sales Person

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Person to join Hamro Hastakala Bikri Bhandar. As a mid-level team member, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our handcrafted products. Responsibilities: * Handle customers and assist them in selecting suitable handicraft products.* Actively respond to online inquiries, messages and customer queries.* Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.* Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.* Explain product details, prices and availability clearly.* Handle showroom sales and assist with day-to-day showroom activities.* Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is well presented.
