Category Manager- Ecommerce ID-1143

We are looking for an experienced Category Manager – Ecommerce to drive category growth, profitability, product assortment, vendor partnerships, pricing, promotions, and inventory performance across e-commerce channels.Location: Panipokhari, KathmanduWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM (Sunday-Friday) Responsibilities: Develop and execute category strategies for Health, Beauty, and Fashion.Own category sales, margins, profitability, assortment, and overall performance.Manage relationships with vendors, brands, distributors, and suppliers.Negotiate pricing, margins, discounts, rebates, promotions, and commercial terms.Identify and onboard new brands and products.Manage product assortment, lifecycle, pricing, and promotional strategies.Monitor market trends, competitors, customer demand, and category opportunities.Manage inventory performance, availability, stock-outs, and slow-moving products.Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.Analyze category KPIs and prepare business-performance reports.Coordinate with Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Warehouse, and Operations.Guide junior category team members and ensure timely execution of category activities.
