National Sales Manager / Business Head ID-1078

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven National Sales Manager / Business Head to lead and expand nationwide channel sales across Nepal. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in consumer durables, particularly home appliances, along with proven experience developing dealer/distributor networks and driving sales growth across multiple territories.Location: Putalisadak, KathmanduWorking Hours: 10 AM - 6 PM Responsibilities: Lead and manage nationwide sales strategy and execution across Nepal.Develop and expand dealer, distributor, retailer, and channel-partner networks.Identify new territories and market opportunities for business expansion.Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and distributors to increase sales volume and market penetration.Develop regional and national sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.Monitor dealer performance, sales trends, product movement, and territory performance.Develop strategies to improve dealer productivity, repeat orders, and overall channel effectiveness.Lead new dealer acquisition and support onboarding and activation.Conduct regular market and dealer visits across different regions of Nepal.Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, product positioning, and market trends.Develop sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports for management.Coordinate with marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and other teams to support sales execution.Support pricing, promotional, and channel-incentive strategies.Identify opportunities to increase market share and strengthen the brand’s nationwide distribution presence.Guide and support sales teams to achieve regional and national objectives.
