We’re looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and optimizing scalable data pipelines — and eager to grow in a collaborative, agile environment. This role offers you the chance to work hands-on with large-scale data systems, modern cloud infrastructure, and real business challenges. You’ll be joining a dynamic team that values innovation, mentorship, and impact. What You’ll Work On Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability Integrate data from diverse sources and deliver to downstream systems Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and clients across sprint-based projects Support cloud deployments and automate data processes using orchestration tools Our Tech Stack Programming: Python, SQL Data Tools: Apache Spark, Airflow Cloud: AWS or Azure Pipelines: ETL/ELT automation Development Approach: Agile/Scrum with sprint cycles What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of professional experience in data engineering or a related role Strong understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools Experience working with big data tools like Spark or Airflow Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure preferred) Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile work environment Excellent communication skills in English Bonus: Experience working on international or client-facing projects Why Join Dlytica?
