Prepare accurate 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD based on sketches, specifications, and project requirements. Develop 3D models and layouts using SketchUp or equivalent 3D modeling software. Prepare detailed item-wise Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with accurate measurements, calculations, quantities, and unit rates. Use Microsoft Excel for calculations and BOQ preparation, Microsoft Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for project presentations. Revise and update drawings while maintaining proper version control and document management. Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project compliance. Visit project sites when required to verify measurements, collect site information, and assist in BOQ preparation. Ensure all drawings and documents comply with applicable standards, specifications, and project timelines. Maintain organized project records and support the engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
