The ideal candidate should have a relevant academic background, good communication skills, and practical experience in handling HR-related responsibilities. 👤 Position: HR Assistant 📍 Location: Balaju, Kathmandu 💰 Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month 🕘 Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM 🎓 Qualification: BBS / BBA Completed 💼 Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR-related work 📌 Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day HR and administrative activities Support recruitment and employee selection processes Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records Maintain employee files, documents, and HR databases Assist with attendance, leave, and employee records Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees Prepare HR-related documents and reports Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related matters Assist the HR department with other assigned administrative tasks ✅ Requirements: BBS or BBA completed Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR practices and office administration Good computer skills, including MS Office Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly Well-organized, punctual, and responsible Ability to work effectively in a team 🌟 Why Join Us?
