Nabil Stock Dealer Limited, a subsidiary of Nabil Bank Limited and a licensed Stock Dealer, invites applications from qualified, competent and motivated Nepalese citizens for the following positions: Position: IT Support No. of Vacancy: 1 Location: Kathmandu Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from a recognized university. Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage. Work Experience Experience in Microsoft 365, networking, and enterprise application support preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, email, and business Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. Manage user accounts, passwords, email systems, and access permissions. Monitor and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity. Assist in maintaining servers, endpoint security solutions, backups, and disaster recovery processes. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance and issue resolution. Support business applications, trading systems, CMS, HRMS, and other operational systems. Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support records. Ensure compliance with IT security policies, IT audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Required Skills and Competencies Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN). Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, databases, cloud services, enterprise applications, system integration, and basic software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts to effectively support business and trading systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Good documentation and reporting skills. High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
