About Us Biryani Bistro is a growing restaurant chain in Kathmandu, serving authentic Dum Biryani cooked the traditional Haadi way. We are opening new outlets across the valley and beyond, and looking for good people to grow with us.About the Job You will work in the kitchen, helping with cooking preparation, cleaning, and supporting the senior kitchen staff. This job needs someone hardworking, clean in habits, and willing to help wherever needed in the kitchen.What You Will Do• Follow the company SOP Guideline strictly at all times, this is compulsory for every task• Prepare cooking ingredients for the cook, washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, and arranging utensils• Prepare ingredients exactly as requested by the Chef• Check kitchen stock regularly and inform the Manager on what is running low• Clean and store all kitchen equipment properly after each use• Store all food items correctly in the fridge to prevent spoilage• Prepare and distribute food and required items for ordered events or programs• Follow hygiene and safety steps while distributing food• Keep the kitchen area clean at all times, and manage food, water, and utensils needed for guests• Build good working relationships with coworkers to maintain a positive work environmentWhat We Are Looking For• SLC or +2 completed, relevant experience also considered• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related work experience in Food & Beverage• Basic Nepali and English understanding• Must have valid Nepali citizenship• On time, disciplined, and clean in appearance• Stays calm and positive even during rush hours• Lives near the outlet• Can work a 10 hour shift from 12 PM till 10 PM, with one day off every week, timing flexible based on outlet needWhat to Bring if Selected • CV, citizenship documents, PAN number, and bank account details.विवरण: किचन हेल्पर कम्पनी: बिरियानी बिस्ट्रो स्थान: राधे राधे, भक्तपुर रिपोर्ट गर्ने: किचन इन्चार्ज काम को प्रकार: पूर्ण समय समय: १० घण्टा सिफ्ट, दिउँसो १२ बजे देखि राति १० बजे सम्म सम्झौता: कम्तिमा १ वर्ष, १ हप्ता ट्रायलहाम्रो बारे मा➤बिरियानी बिस्ट्रो काठमाडौंमा बढ्दै गरेको रेस्टुरेन्ट चेन हो, परम्परागत हाँडी विधिबाट बनाइने बिरियानी बेच्ने। हामी उपत्यका भित्र र बाहिर नयाँ आउटलेटहरू खोल्दै छौं, र हामीसँग बढ्ने असल मान्छे खोजिरहेका छौं।काम को बारे मा➤तपाईंले भान्सामा काम गर्नुहुनेछ, खाना बनाउन मद्दत गर्ने, सफा गर्ने, र वरिष्ठ भान्सा कर्मचारीलाई सहयोग गर्ने। यो काम को लागि मेहनती, सफा बानी भएको, र भान्सामा जहाँ पनि मद्दत गर्न तयार हुनुपर्छ।तपाईंले के गर्नुहुनेछ➤कम्पनीको SOP Guideline सधैं कडाइका साथ पालना गर्ने, यो हरेक काममा अनिवार्य छ➤कुकको लागि खाना सामग्रीहरू तयार गर्ने, जस्तै तरकारी केलाउने, काट्ने, धुने, र भाँडाकुँडाको व्यवस्था गर्ने➤शेफले अनुरोध गरे अनुसार खाना सामग्रीहरू तयार गर्ने➤खाना बनाउने सामान के कति छ सबै जाँच गरी म्यानेजरलाई नियमित खबर गर्ने➤भान्सामा प्रयोग हुने सामग्रीहरू प्रयोग पछि राम्रोसँग सफा गरेर राख्ने➤सबै खानाको सामानहरू नकुहिने तरिकाले फ्रिजमा राख्ने➤अर्डर गरिएका कार्यक्रमहरूको लागि खाना र आवश्यक सामानहरू तयार गरी वितरण गर्ने➤खाना वितरण गर्दा सरसफाइ र सुरक्षा प्रक्रियाहरू पालना गर्ने➤भान्सा कोठा सधैं सफा राख्ने, र ग्राहकहरूको लागि खाना, पानी, भाँडाकुँडाको व्यवस्था गर्ने➤राम्रो काम गर्ने वातावरण बनाउनको लागि सहकर्मीसँग राम्रो सम्बन्ध राख्नेNote:Duty Hour: 12PM - 10PMWorking Days: 6 Days a week
