Our Practices

Our practices reinforce our culture and keep us on track with our purpose. Tolis (Teams in Nepali): We gather in small teams to grow in 3 C’s - Character, Competency, and Community Community Service Projects (CSPs): We dedicate time to our communities, learning to be change agents wherever we are. Breaking Bread: We love sharing meals and laughter, building trust and connection. Shoutouts: We celebrate those who live out our principles, showing what it means to apply them. Wins & Losses: We begin meetings by sharing personal wins or losses, fostering empathy, and bringing our whole selves to work.
