Responsibilities AI Solution DevelopmentDesign, implement, and deploy AI models focusing on Generative AI, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent systems for banking applicationsBuild end-to-end ML pipelines on AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.)Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, fraud detection, customer segmentation, or recommendation systemsStay updated with emerging AI trends and integrate them into banking solutionsConduct experiments and A/B testing to validate model performanceData Management & Pipeline DevelopmentWork with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patternsPerform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data validationCollaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelinesImplement MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoringResearch & CollaborationStay current with the latest AI/ML trends, techniques, and best practicesWork closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholdersParticipate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standardsContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing Skills AI DevelopmentStrong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems)Experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)Familiarity with AWS AI services (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, etc.)Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)Understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering)Technical SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsKnowledge of SQL and database managementUnderstanding of version control systems (Git)Experience with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, and MLOps practicesSoft SkillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to explain complex AI concepts clearlyEagerness to learn and adapt to new technologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities Qualifications Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related field.Experience:1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI model development, deployment and cloud - based solutions.Required Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP)Understanding of financial services or banking domainFamiliarity with natural language processing (NLP)Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) Apply for this position Upload file here Submit Why Join us?
