Job Title: Motion Graphic DesignerLocation: Pulchowk, LalitpurEmployment Type: Full-time, OnsiteWorking Days: Monday – FridayWorking Hours: 9 AM to 6 PMAbout the Role:We're looking for a Motion Graphic Designer with strong motion graphics expertise to lead the creation of high-impact visuals for social media, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling.In this role, you'll work on projects from concept to final delivery, contributing to brand storytelling across static design and motion graphics for clients spanning travel, education, finance, and sports while collaborating closely with the creative team and managing feedback on your work.Key Responsibilities:● Creative Leadership: Lead the design and motion graphics direction for social media, websites, print materials, and digital campaigns.● Motion Design: Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce animated content, video edits, and motion graphics for ads, reels, and brand videos.● Brand Strategy: Own brand consistency across all visual and motion outputs, and help evolve brand guidelines as needed.● Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with marketers, developers, and clients; guide and review the work of junior designers.● Content Creation: Produce high-quality visuals and animations for posts, advertisements, infographics, presentations, and video campaigns.● Tool Mastery: Expert use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva; comfortable exploring new tools as needed.● Client & Stakeholder Communication: Present concepts, incorporate feedback, and manage revisions independently.● Process Ownership: Maintain file organization, version control, and design workflows across projects.● Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of design and motion trends, tools, and techniques, and bring fresh ideas to the team.Required Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Motion Design, or a related field.● 3+ years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and motion graphics work.● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).● Strong command of design principles layout, color, typography, composition, and animation timing.● Proven experience leading projects end-to-end and mentoring junior designers.● Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.● Familiarity with Figma or other UI/UX tools is a plus.● Experience with 2D/3D animation, sound design, or storyboard creation is an added advantage.
