Retail Sales Associate

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for managing the retail showroom, handling customers, driving sales, generating B2B opportunities, and supporting social media and content activities.Key Responsibilities:Be passionate and proactive about sales and achieving sales targets.Welcome customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product recommendations.Effectively communicate product features, benefits, prices, and offers to customers.Take charge of day-to-day retail showroom operations and ensure a professional customer experience.Generate leads and follow up with potential customers to convert them into sales.Develop B2B opportunities with apartments, interior designers, offices, hotels, restaurants, and other businesses.Handle social media activities and support content creation for products and promotions.Maintain proper inventory records and coordinate stock availability with the concerned team.Maintain customer, lead, sales, and follow-up records.Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Delivery, and Operations teams for smooth order processing.Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain strong customer relationship.
