Sales Representative

Job SummaryAs a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — understanding their requirements, presenting the right package, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings. You'll work closely with the production and creative teams to ensure a smooth handover once a client signs on.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins) for Pana Events and Pana Studio servicesUnderstand client requirements (event type, date, venue, budget) and recommend suitable packagesPrepare and share customized package proposals and quotationsFollow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipelineNegotiate pricing and finalize bookings within approved guidelinesMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversionsCoordinate with the production team for scheduling once a client is confirmedBuild long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referralsMeet or exceed monthly sales/booking targetsRequirements1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in events, photography, hospitality, or a related service industryStrong communication skills in Nepali and EnglishConfident, client-facing personality with the ability to build rapport quicklyBasic understanding of photography/videography/event industry packages (preferred but not mandatory — training provided)Comfortable using WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and basic CRM/tracking toolsSelf-motivated with strong follow-up disciplineWillingness to work flexible hours during peak wedding/event seasons
