Junior Civil Engineer

The Junior Civil Engineer will support the project in day-to-day site execution, supervision, layout works, documentation, quality checking, and coordination with the site team. The role requires close assistance to senior engineers for smooth execution of structural, architecture, and finishing works in the building project. The position is suitable for motivated fresh graduates who want to build their technical skills and gain practical site experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist senior engineers in daily supervision of site work.Support in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.Carry out basic setting-out works such as centerline marking, level checking, and brick layout lines.Assist in material measurement, quantity takeoff, and preparing measurement sheets.Participate in quality checking for concrete, reinforcement, formwork, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.Maintain site-related documents, checklists, DPRs, and other records.Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure timely execution.Assist in verifying drawings and helping interpret details as per senior engineer guidance.Collaborate with surveyors for layout accuracy and site levels when required.Ensure site safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed.
