Job overview

Design, build, and maintain a comprehensive design system (components, patterns, and documentation) in Figma or Tool of your choice and code-ready specifications. • Conduct a full UI audit across existing services to identify inconsistencies, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation. • Define and enforce design principles, interaction patterns, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines that apply platform-wide. • Create and maintain a shared Figma or other tool component library with variants, auto-layout, and proper documentation for self-service adoption by other designers • Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure design-to-code fidelity, contributing to or reviewing component implementations in frameworks such as React or Vue. • Establish a governance model for the design system: contribution guidelines, versioning, deprecation policies, and a change review process. • Champion adoption through onboarding sessions, internal documentation, and regular design-system updates. • Partner with engineering leadership to align the design system roadmap with platform priorities.
