The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience at a senior design level. Requirement: 5+ years full-stack design (concept, user experience, user interface) in consideration of websites, applications and web assets Extremely well versed with Adobe Creative Suite including a strong command of PhotoShop, experience with Illustrator and knowledge of Indesign Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript Proven ability to create clean HTML code utilizing the latest, creative CSS techniques Deep understanding of best practices in responsive design for mobile optimization Experience with creating interfaces based on UX best practices Ability to deliver strong design based on business requirements, brand and strategy Skills Required: Possess a strong sense of design principles, typography, composition and conceptual thinking Excellent presentation, communication and listening skills with English fluency Interactive prototyping skills Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with deadlines and high standards Good time management skills Key Responsibilities: Lead creative strategy for all web, mobile, digital and application initiatives while executing the aligned brand creative vision Responsible for designing and building highly impactful design solutions Create designs and wireframes from concept for maximum usability Build optimized, industry-standard, cross-browser compatible HTML/CSS Create designs/templates for web, mobile and email Create new concepts for designed graphics, templates, videos and info-graphics to support all digital marketing including web, email and social Own testing and optimization strategy of websites and creative campaigns Manage and maintain website and blog updates with new content, landing pages and templates Lead multimedia design/UX at the enterprise level Collaborate with designers, content and creative teams to drive up standards of digital creativity Present strategic ideas and vision to executive level and cross-functional teams Serve as subject matter expert on industry best practices, technology and trends Manage project deliverables from beginning to end, with responsibility for meeting timelines from and commitments to stakeholders Continue to learn, explore and eva
