Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in accounting software. Assist with the preparation and verification of invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents. Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Assist with bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations. Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records. Help ensure accounting records are accurate and up to date. Perform data entry and other administrative tasks related to the Accounts & Finance department. Carry out other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
