कार्य विवरण:नेपाली, भारतीय तथा चाइनिज परिकारहरू स्वादिष्ट र गुणस्तरीय रूपमा तयार गरी पकाउने।दाल, भात, तरकारी, मःमः, चाउमिन, फ्राइड राइस, करी, नान, रोटी, नुडल्स लगायत विभिन्न परिकारहरू तयार गर्ने।खानाको स्वाद, गुणस्तर, प्रस्तुति, सरसफाइ तथा खाद्य सुरक्षा मापदण्ड कायम राख्ने।खाना पकाउनुअघि आवश्यक तरकारी काट्ने, चोप्ने, म्यारिनेट गर्ने तथा अन्य तयारीका कामहरू व्यवस्थित रूपमा गर्ने।किचन, खाना पकाउने उपकरण, भाँडाकुँडा तथा कार्यस्थलको सरसफाइ कायम राख्ने र खाद्य पदार्थको अनावश्यक खेर जाने अवस्था कम गर्ने।किचनको काम स्वतन्त्र रूपमा सम्हाल्ने, अन्य किचन स्टाफसँग समन्वय गर्ने तथा व्यस्त समयमा पनि समयमै अर्डर तयार गर्ने।Note:Duty Hour: 8AM - 8PMWorking Days: 6 Days a week
