Billing Officer

Join Jagdamba Motors Pvt. Ltd. as a Billing Officer – 4W and play a key role in ensuring seamless billing operations, insurance coordination, and financial compliance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate vehicle, parts, and service invoices Verify pricing, discounts, taxes, and supporting documents before billing Record and maintain billing transactions in the ERP/accounting system Coordinate with the Finance team for payment follow-up, reconciliation, and collections Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and sales reports Maintain proper billing records for audit and statutory compliance Support internal and external audit requirements by ensuring document accuracy Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Parts teams for timely billing and stock updates Handle insurance booking, documentation, and regular follow-up with insurance companies Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and operational efficiency Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in billing, finance, or accounts (automobile industry preferred) Good knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and billing procedures Understanding of VAT/tax regulations and financial documentation Interested candidates are encouraged to send their updated CV to: vacancy@jagdambamotors.com
