Online Sales Executive

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telesales Executive to handle overseas customer enquiries and support international sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating and responding to leads through platforms such as Alibaba and other international sales/social media platforms, understanding customer requirements, providing appropriate information, following up with prospects, and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good knowledge of MS Word and Excel, and the ability to effectively use AI tools and digital platforms for sales and customer communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to customer enquiries received through Alibaba and other international sales platforms and social media channels.Communicate with international clients from Africa, Australia, the Middle East, USA, and other overseas markets.Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information regarding machinery, equipment, pricing, specifications, and availability.Follow up with potential customers and effectively convert enquiries into sales/orders.Maintain professional and timely communication with existing and prospective clients.Prepare quotations, sales documents, reports, and customer records using MS Word and Excel.Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, leads, and sales activities.Use AI and digital tools to support customer communication, research, lead generation, and daily sales activities.Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements and orders.
