Satko International Group Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive to drive distributor sales through consistent lead generation, client follow-ups, and negotiation. This role suits candidates with 2+ years of sales experience who can maintain accurate sales records and deliver daily performance reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and follow-up campaigns.Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients to secure repeat orders.Conduct product demonstrations, explain product value, and recommend suitable options based on client needs.Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and order quantities while ensuring margin and company policies are followed.Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, availability checks, and timely dispatch updates.Maintain a clean and updated pipeline of prospects and track conversion from lead to order.Maintain sales records and prepare daily reports to share progress, sales numbers, and collection status.
