System Engineer – L1 & L2

Provide L1/L2 technical support for servers, systems, cloud platforms, storage, and IT infrastructure. Perform system administration, configuration, provisioning, and deployment of servers and infrastructure components. Monitor system and infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential issues. Troubleshoot server, operating system, storage, connectivity, and infrastructure-related problems. Manage and troubleshoot storage systems, including capacity, availability, and performance issues. Support cloud infrastructure across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Perform server provisioning, configuration, patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs. Support backup, recovery, system availability, and basic disaster recovery activities. Maintain system documentation, configuration records, and troubleshooting procedures. Collaborate with Network, Security, SOC, and other infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues. Escalate critical or unresolved issues to senior engineering teams when required. Follow infrastructure security, operational, and IT service management best practices.
