Deal with various government organizations including courts Ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations Draft letters, writs, cases and other documents in both English and Nepali Study cases and analyze evidence to support other lawyers Conduct legal research Coordinate and deal with clients Coordinate with senior management and legal team in project related work. Prepare time extension letter Update new law or legislation Other contract as per company’s requirement Explaining building standards to stakeholders Providing commercially sensible and cost-effective legal advice for construction contracts management Give right and timely counsel to executives in a variety of corporate legal issues (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance, etc.) Research and apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues. Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.), creating relations of trust Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
