Software Developer Intern

Position: Software Developer Intern Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (On-site) About the Role As a Software Developer Intern, you will work alongside experienced engineers to build and maintain application services and data processing pipelines. You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies while developing scalable components that support real-time data ingestion, analysis and integration across distributed systems. Responsibilities Build and improve application features across backend and frontend layers Write clean, secure, and maintainable code Work with APIs, databases, and background processes Debug, test, and improve existing systems Support automation, internal tools, and integrations Take part in code reviews and technical discussions Learn how applications run on servers and production environments Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team Essential skills, abilities & knowledge Strong fundamentals in programming (Python preferred) and its frameworks Basic understanding of web applications and REST APIs Familiarity with databases and SQL concepts Comfort with Git and collaborative workflows Logical thinking and structured problem-solving ability Willingness to learn through responsibility and feedback What We Offer: Valuable experience working on high-impact backend systems.
