Graphic Designer Intern

We are hiring a Graphic Designer Intern at Care & Clean Pvt. Ltd. This is a creative support role focused on translating skincare concepts into compelling digital and physical visuals. Reporting directly to the marketing lead, the intern will conceptualize and execute brand-aligned designs for social media campaigns, e-commerce optimization, and product packaging. This role requires an eye for modern aesthetics, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced digital marketing strategies. Social & Ad Creatives: Design high-converting visual assets (static images, carousels, and short-form video edits) specifically tailored for Meta Ads and organic social media.E-commerce & Web Graphics: Create optimized product mockups, website banners, and promotional graphics designed to improve e-commerce conversion rates.Packaging & Print Support: Assist in drafting layouts and visual hierarchies for product packaging, labels, and physical promotional materials.Cross-Platform Editing: Utilize tools like Canva, CapCut, and Filmora alongside standard design software to produce and iterate on multi-format content efficiently.Creative Collaboration: Participate in marketing brainstorms, conceptualize seasonal skincare campaigns, and iterate on designs based on team feedback and ad performance.Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean, accessible digital library of design assets, product photography, and brand guidelines for the marketing team.
